E/M Abstraction Cards
The laminated abstraction cards allow you to easily find the correct level for the most common inpatient and outpatient E/M CPT codes. They break down the three key components at the top of the card, then break down each level of Evaluation and Management Code in the specified categories (eg, Office, ED, Consultation). The small-sized cards fit into a lab coat pocket for carrying convenience. The large-sized cards are 8 ½ X 11, so they are great for exam rooms, providers’ offices, or coding professionals’ or auditors’ desks.
